COVID-19 Updates - 2022

11th of February 2022

To Our Wonderful Felix & Sage Clients,

We are now able to update you with further information pertaining to the return to in-clinic consultations.  Due to operational requirements, as a leadership team we have had to make some tough decisions in relation to this and as such, not all clinicians will be returning to in-clinic consultations at the present time.

The following clinicians will be resuming in-clinic consultations on Monday the 14th of February 2022 (Telehealth appointments continue to be available with these clinicians also):

  • Christina Hereford (Tuesday appointments remain telehealth only)
  • Lindie Oppermann
  • Oliver Waluk
  • Kathy De Valence
  • Adelle Kent

Caroline “Cas” Wearne will return to in-clinic consultations in late February 2022 and clients will be advised accordingly of her exact return date once known.

The following clinicians will not be resuming in-clinic consultations and will continue working with us as telehealth-only clinicians:

  • Claire Hoarau
  • Amanda Hayward
  • Cadence Williamson (returning from extended leave)
  • Tegan McKay (new clinician)

Whilst we understand that telehealth consultations are not the preferred mode of therapy for all clients, please know that this is not a decision that we have made lightly, and it is unfortunately the only available option we have at the present time.

Should there be any changes to this in the future, we will contact you as soon as practical to do so.

We thank you for your understanding and should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the clinic on 03 8813 0590 (Monday-Friday), email us at or submit a contact request via the website at

Kind regards,

To Our Wonderful Felix & Sage Clients,

As many of you would be aware, the team at Felix and Sage have worked tirelessly since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, to continue to provide quality care services via face-to-face and telehealth consultations to our clients.

Unfortunately, due to the current high case numbers of COVID-19 in Victoria, combined with several of our team members currently in isolation (covid positive and/or close contacts), we have had to make the difficult decision to close the clinic for all in-clinic appointments, effective immediately and until further notice.

While we have been lucky to not have any covid positive cases (including staff) attend the clinic thus far, we believe this closure is in the best interest of all clients, practitioners, and staff to ensure we are not placing anyone at risk of contracting COVID-19, particularly our clients and team members who are immuno-compromised.

We understand that telehealth is not a preferred mode of therapy for many, however we assure you this is only a temporary and preventative measure, and we will resume in-clinic appointments as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.  At the present time, we expect that this closure will be in place until the end of February 2022, however this may be extended if required. We will continue to monitor and update you as any changes occur.

All existing in-clinic appointments have been automatically changed to Zoom Telehealth appointments, however, these can also be changed to a phone appointment by request. Zoom links and appointment invoices (including payment options) will be emailed the working day prior to your appointment.

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, our 48-hour cancellation policy remains in place.

We thank you for your understanding and request that you please be patient with us as we transition to working remotely throughout this period.  Our phone and email will continue to be monitored remotely by our administrative team, however responses may at times be delayed and return phone calls will be made from a private number.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the clinic on 03 8813 0590 or by emailing us at

Wishing you all a very Happy and Healthy 2022,

Amie Taylor
